We consider festivals, fairs, markets, parties, school and youth events, church events, fundraisers, community celebrations, maker events, corporate-family gatherings, and other suitable events. Weekday, weekend, evening, and overnight schedules may be considered. Pricing is inquiry-only and depends on services, duration, location, attendance, travel, and site requirements.
What organizers should plan for
Space and furnishings
A safe, reasonably level 10×10 space plus normal unobstructed public aisle access. We bring our canopy, sandbags, tables, chairs, coverings, banners, grids, and normal furnishings.
Load-in and timing
Close vehicle access or a practical, reasonably short cart/wagon route. Plan approximately 1–2 hours for setup and 1–2 hours for teardown.
Power and surfaces
Power is appreciated but not required for normal operation. Grass, gravel, and pavement can work when reasonably level, stable, accessible, and safe.
Venue requirements
Disclose anchoring, fire, weather, access, surface, permit, and insurance requirements before booking. We use sandbag canopy anchoring.
Overnight security
Security is required if products or sensitive equipment remain onsite. Without it, we need time and access to remove them nightly. Weighted canopy and empty furniture may remain when permitted and safe.
Current insurance status
The Fun Foundry does not currently claim vendor-liability coverage or certificate-of-insurance availability. Events requiring coverage must be reviewed accordingly.
Reservation, cancellation, and weather summary
A date is reserved after the agreement and 25% deposit are received. The balance is due before setup or service begins on the event day.
- Cancellation 14 or more days before the event: the deposit is retained but may be transferred once to a mutually available replacement date within 12 months.
- Cancellation 7–13 days before the event: 50% of the agreed booking total is due.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the event: the full agreed booking total is due.
- For unsafe weather, government order, venue closure, or circumstances outside reasonable control, we first try to reschedule. Approved nonrecoverable costs may be deducted from transferable credits.
- We may pause, modify, or end outdoor service when site or weather conditions create a safety risk.
This is a public policy summary. The signed event agreement controls the final booking terms.
Accessibility
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate guests based on event and venue conditions. Tattoo service can be performed seated or standing. A quiet environment cannot be guaranteed at a festival, but practical alternatives are considered when conditions allow. Service animals are welcome and must remain under the handler’s control under applicable law.
