The Fun Foundry

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how information sent through funfoundryshop.com is handled. The website and inquiry process are managed by AJ Highlands Group LLC through The Fun Foundry as an operating arm of PixelMaistir.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through booking, custom-product, support, exchange, privacy, and general inquiry forms. Depending on the request, this may include your name, organization, email, phone, event details, public venue information, product or order reference, purchase date, product description, message, and optional photographs.

Do not submit payment-card details through ordinary forms. The website is not intended to collect information directly from children.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to answer your request, assess a booking or custom project, provide product support, administer the website, and maintain appropriate business records. The shared contact address forwards inquiries to the participating groups. Information may be available to PixelMaistir, Faerie Dust and Treasure Co., and the AJ Highlands Group LLC administrator responsible for the site, as needed for the stated purpose.

Retention

  • Booking inquiries and associated correspondence may be retained for two years after the event or last substantive communication.
  • Unsuccessful booking and general inquiries may be removed after one year.
  • Product-support, defect, exchange, repair, and reprint records may be retained for two years.
  • Records subject to accounting, tax, dispute, fraud-prevention, contract, or legal requirements may be kept for the applicable required period.

Form photographs

Product-support images are attached to the private inquiry notification and are not intentionally added to the public WordPress Media Library. Please submit only photographs needed to evaluate the request and avoid unrelated private information.

Event photography and consent

We may photograph our booth, displays, products, and setup. Verbal permission is acceptable for an intentional portrait of a recognizable adult when the intended use is explained. Written parent or legal-guardian permission is required before intentionally publishing a recognizable child’s image or voice.

Wide crowd scenes may be used when people are incidental rather than the deliberate subject and organizer rules permit it. Consent is limited to the identified channels. We avoid sensitive, embarrassing, medical, private, or misleading imagery and honor reasonable withdrawal requests when practical.

Your privacy choices

Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to contact@funfoundryshop.com or discussed at 828-307-3627. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, dispute, or contractual reasons.
